Return Policy
We only accept return requests caused by our side’s issues, including damaged goods upon receipt, wrong items delivered, or confirmed product quality defects. Any personal reasons (dislike, wrong purchase, unsuitable size, change of mind, etc.) are not eligible for returns.
To be eligible for an approved return due to our fault, your item must remain in its original received condition: unopened, unused and kept in the original sealed packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To submit a return request for our-side issues, please contact us at FRRKTOY@proton.me If your return is approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), a return shipping label, and guidance for sending back the parcel. Goods returned without prior approved RMA will be rejected.
If the return is approved due to our reasons (damaged shipment / incorrect item), you do not need to cover the return shipping fee.
For sanitary reasons, Honey Play Box cannot accept returns on any opened item under any circumstances. Please carefully check product dimensions and specifications before purchase.
Do NOT send back your product without an RMA. Opened items returned without valid RMA will be disposed of directly, with no store credit issued.
Approved returned items will only be compensated with store credit, minus applicable shipping fees.
All discounted and sale items are non-returnable.
